The POW! WOW! festival made a successful landing on its maiden voyage in Europe in 2018 via Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Over 10,000 visitors would visit the district due to POW! WOW! Rotterdam. With its heavy artillery of Graffiti, Muralism, Hip Hop culture, and live music, Rotterdam played host to an array of sensory delights. The festival saw both the participating artists and plenty of street wandering street art enthusiasts flooding into town to watch art happen. In 2022, POW! WOW! Rotterdam would transform to the ALL CAPS festival continuing their amazing work supporting communities via public art.
