POW! WOW! Worcester is a creative movement that aims to beautify neighborhoods and create community through public art. The organization has been curating murals and other installations in Worcester, Massachusetts since 2016, and now has the largest collection of murals in the Northeast. The murals are intended to enhance walkability and connectivity between neighborhoods, promote diversity and inclusion, and inspire change. They also serve as vibrant expressions of place and belonging, and can help remind people of their past as they look to the future.
